How many photos have you taken from a horse?  I shot this in Jackson, WY of the Grand Tetons reflecting off this pond while taking a trail ride.  Highly recommended excursion through this area.  Enjoy.

This is one of my favorite photos that I've ever taken. Long before I had a clue about the intricacies of photography. I took this shot of my daughter about 7 years ago when she was reaching for something in the water. An impromptu moment that is captured forever. Crystal clear water and jagged mountains complete it for me. Taken at Jenny Lake in Jackson, WY.  Enjoy.

Pre-HDR. Yes, it looks a bit like an HDR image, but I took this back in 2005 while the family was vacationing in the Grand Tetons. This is a view of the mountain range from Jackson Lake Lodge. A view seen by millions, but on this night, while the sun was setting, the Moon still lingered above the horizon. I just love this area and can't wait to re-visit some day. Enjoy

I realize the Grand Tetons look more spectacular with a beautiful snowcap on them, but this is how they look in late August.  Relatively bare, but still quite beautiful.  I found this photo taking location by asking some of the locals.  The calm water is part of the snake river, but as an offshoot, it's perfect for reflections.  This is one of my favorite shots.  Enjoy.

All I can remember from this photo shoot is watching a family of coyote's cross the road right in front of me.  Fortunately, they weren't interested in me.  I was interested in catching the moon reflection in the lake as the sun rose in the east..  This is the Grand Tetons with Mt. Moran the big mountain in the background.  Enjoy.

I just can't get enough of Wyoming mountains.  This is Mt. Moran as seen from between the trees on a crazy road leading to a lookout on the opposite side of the valley.  I precariously pulled the car to the edge and shot this one.  Enjoy!

Oh give me a home, where the buffalo roam.  This is the one, but it's not inhabitable and its over 120 years old, and the buffalo roam all over the place, even inside.  The old barn is located at Mormon's Row outside of Jackson, WY with the Grand Teton Mountains in the background.  Late August, no snowcap on the mountains. My daughter reaching out and touching one of the rocks in Jenny Lake, in the Grand Teton National Park.  One of my favorite photos of her, even though you don't know it's her.  Funny how not even seeing someone's face can make a a great shot.  A polarizing filter was a must for this photo to work.  Enjoy.

I know, it's been over a week since I last posted.  Been busy w/ family stuff.  Any way, this photo was taken from the north side of Jackson Lake in Wyoming just north of the Grand Teton National Forest.  The mountain range is the Grand Tetons.  Enjoy.
